This Core will provide the governance structure to support all activities of the Center.
This Core will provide cutting-edge and innovative technologies for quantitative proteomic characterization of the molecular mechanisms regulating differential risk between MAPT H1 and H2 haplotypes in a reliable, reproducible, and cost-efficient manner.
This Core employ advanced methods to extract contextual information from human tissue through multiplexed labeling of proteins in situ to validate differences in gene expression between H1 and H2 haplotypes in control and disease brain (PSP and FTD-Tau) from individuals of European and African ancestries.
This Core will support both Projects and all Cores to advance Center goals by enabling data storage and analyses that will be shared with the research community. The Data Core will coordinate milestones for data generation and manage data storage; develop and share data analysis pipelines and perform multi-level dataset integration and share datasets, resources and visualization tools with the research community.
